    On checkout, you can make a payment using all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider, Paypal.
    Classic Santa cannot view or store your payment information - the transaction will be securely processed by Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account.

    Delivery Charges

    We currently only offer our Santa letters within the UK.
    Delivery charges of £0.85 GBP will be charged for each letter.
    All letters are sent First Class.


    Our last order date is Friday 18th December 2020 to allow us time to print, assemble and post your order, in time for the Royal Mails recommended last posting date of the 21st December. These dates may change depending on the volume of orders and the current situation regarding COVID-19. We suggest placing your order as soon possible to avoid disappointment.

    When we have received your order, we begin creating your beautiful letters. Once they have been printed, finished and assembled by hand, all letters will be posted using the Royal Mails First Class service.

    Our first posting date is Monday 30th November 2020.

    Orders placed on or after Friday 27th November 2020 will be posted out within 2 to 4 working days. Our letters are finished by hand so it takes a little while to make them, but we get them on their way to you as quickly as possible. We will email you to let you know when your order has been posted.

    Please allow 2-4 working days from receiving confirmation of your order being posted, to receiving your letter(s). As we are sure you are aware, the Royal Mail is extremely busy at this time of year, so please give them a few days to deliver your order.

    If you have not received your letter(s) a week after placing your order, please contact us. (Unless you have been super organised and placed your order before 27th November. Remember, our first posting date is Monday 30th November 2020!)

    Our advice is to place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, as we are reliant on a third party (the Royal Mail) to deliver your letters, we cannot be held responsible for letters turning up late. As we are sure you have all experienced, even items that are sent 1st Class can have delays with delivery.

    Please be patient, but do let us know if you have not received your letter(s) a week after placing the order.

    Should a reprint be required, please notify Classic Santa by 10am on the 20th December. This will allow us time to produce and post your letter before the Royal Mails recommended last posting cut-off.

    If you contact us after this time, a replacement letter will still be sent, but it will be posted after the recommended last posting time.


    Orders placed on the same day will be dispatched at the same time.


    Hundreds of thousands of letters are handled by our wonderful posties every day over the Christmas period, so it is highly likely that letters sent out on the same day, to the same address, will get split up in the post.

    If you have ordered letters for multiple people at the same address, please be aware that one letter may arrive sooner than another. If you wish for all of the letters to be given to the recipients at the same time, we suggest you keep an eye on the post and intercept any early arrivals to avoid disappointment. We cannot be held responsible for letters arriving separately.
