First posting date
Our first posting date is 21st November 2025, for orders placed before the 18th of November.
Ongoing Dispatch
Orders placed on or after 18th November will be posted within 2-3 working days of receiving your order.
Discreet Packaging
All Santa letters are sent to a designated responsible adult, securely packaged in a plain outer envelope for you to give to your little one when the time feels right.
Delivery
Delivery Cost
We are offering FREE standard delivery for a limited time (Royal Mail 2nd Class).
Upgrades are available:
- Royal Mail 24: £2.50
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: £9.50
Delivery Time
If placing an order on or after 18th November, please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for delivery.
The Royal Mail are very busy in the run-up to Christmas, so please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.
If your letter hasn't arrived within a week of dispatch, please contact us so we can help.
We recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately, as we rely on Royal Mail for delivery, we can't take responsibility for delays once your order has been posted.
