Delivery Information
All letters will be posted by First Class using the Royal Mail.
The last order date is the 16th of December 2011. The Royal Mails last recommended postage date before Christmas is the 20th of December 2011.
Our advice is to order your letter as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as we cannot be held responsible for letters turning up late. The Royal Mail becomes inundated at Christmas time, therefore letters can take up to a week to be delivered, even if they are posted using 1st class mail.
We start to post out letters on the 5th of December 2011.
Orders after this date will be posted out within 2 to 4 working days.
Because our letters have a great deal of hand finishing, it takes a little while to make them. But we try our very hardest to get them out quickly!
Refunds
Due to the letter being a personalised product, we cannot offer refunds. If you are not happy, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We also cannot offer refunds for non-delivery, if you have not got your letter PLEASE let us know in good time, and we will arrange for another one to be sent out. We want to keep our customers happy!
